Presentation templates
We've put together a presentation template to help you!
The presentation template is by no means mandatory - or encouraged - it's just here if you can use it.
How do I have a profile picture display on the Schedule?
Just in case anyone is interested in having a profile picture / avatar shown alongside their talk description for linux.conf.au 2012 (As demonstrated by our own Kathy Reid at http://linux.conf.au/schedule/151/view_talk?day=tuesday), all you need to do is sign up with Gravatar (http://gravatar.com).
Gratavar is a Globally Recognised Avatar system that can be used to automatically place a profile pic on sites where you have an account by associating with your email address. You'll need to include the email address you used to sign up for linux.conf.au in your account, but after doing that the image should display immediately in your talk description!
This is by no means mandatory for speakers, but is an option available if anyone is interested.
** Special note: we're working on getting Libravatar support added
